A Dangerous file as a Text File using RLO character in File Name

Summary: Hiding the real extension in an excutable file using RLO unicode character.

You may be already familiar with hidden extensions and probably changed icon.
Here see some examples: danger.txt.exe , danger.flv.txt.vbs
You may be more prepared for these types of files and know how to get around them. BUT 
With that knowledge did you ever thought that files with txt as extension are not executable. You may be wrong. Here is how some one can deceive you...

How is it done?
  1. Open notepad. Type something for your fun.
  2. Goto File >> Save
  3. Type exe.txt as File name. 
  4. Get the cursor to the beginning of the File name. 
  5. Right click the File name text box.
  6. Goto Insert unicode character >> Select RLO. You may view the mystery.
  7. Set All files as File type.
